Adstean respects your privacy and explains below how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our website and services.
We may collect information you provide directly, such as name, email address, account details, and support messages. We also collect technical data like IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral data to keep the platform secure and improve performance.
We use this information to operate the service, manage advertiser and publisher accounts, provide support, send service-related messages, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our content and product experience.
We may share information with service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, and security tools. We do not sell personal data.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data where applicable. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. For privacy questions, contact us through the contact page on this site.
Email guides and marketing
Data controller: Adstean (adstean.com), support@adstean.com. When you request a free PDF guide you provide your name and email. We use them to send you the requested guide by email. If, and only if, you tick the separate optional box, we also use your email to send you Adstean news and offers.
Legal basis: your explicit consent. We record the date, time, IP address, the exact box you ticked and the page you submitted from, as proof of consent.
Processor: email delivery and list management are handled on our own email panel; the website itself does not store your email — it only forwards your sign-up to the panel over a signed connection. We do not share your contact with third parties or use it for any other brand.
Retention: if you do not confirm within 7 days the request is deleted automatically. If you confirm, we keep your data until you unsubscribe.
Unsubscribe: every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time without logging in or by writing to support@adstean.com.
