Who operates this network, and with what criteria
Adstean is the performance advertising network behind this site, connecting advertisers and publishers.
This page summarises who gets into the network and under what conditions, not a brand pitch.
Geographic reach
Targeting covers 69 countries and, within Spain, all 19 autonomous communities —including Ceuta and Melilla— down to province level. An advertiser can operate in a single market or mark global scope; a publisher can receive demand from any of those countries depending on what fits their site.
Publisher verification
A domain does not start receiving demand just by registering: the publisher has to upload a file with a unique verification code to the root of their site.
The platform checks that file over HTTP before approving the domain; without it being reachable, verification does not pass.
What gets reviewed for advertisers and publishers
Both sides of the network —who buys traffic and who monetizes it— go through an identity review (KYC) before operating normally on the platform, separate from the publisher domain verification described above.
They are two different checks: one confirms who the account belongs to, the other confirms the site is genuinely theirs.
Signing up as an advertiser
Advertiser sign-up has its own separate form: it does not share the registration screen or the dashboard with publishers.
Advertiser registrationSigning up as a publisher
Publisher sign-up goes through the Publisher tab of the registration form; the domain is added and verified afterwards, once the account is active.
Publisher registrationInventory coverage
The inventory coverage by country and format is published separately and updates on its own: those figures are not repeated here because this page is not the source for that data.
