How the auction sets your price
Adstean uses a second-price auction. You set a maximum CPM; with Smart Bid you pay just above the next competing bid, not your ceiling. A simple example:

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum to start?
There is no monthly minimum. You fund your balance and set a daily budget; delivery stops automatically when it is spent. The minimum bid is 0.10 CPM and the default is 1.00 CPM.
How is the price decided?
By auction. The highest matching bid wins; with Smart Bid you pay the second-highest bid plus 0.01 CPM (never above your max, never below 0.10 CPM), so you usually pay less than your ceiling.
Can I target one country only?
Yes. Target by country, device, OS, browser, language and schedule, and add IP or website block lists to keep the traffic clean.
How fast does it deliver?
As soon as the campaign is approved and there is matching traffic. You can pause, add budget or empty budget at any time from the dashboard.
Is popunder traffic good quality?
